yoga for the mind

An Integrative Practice of PSYCHOTHERAPY Connecting Body & Mind through: Connection, Compassion & Integration

Session Information

In your therapy session, you and I have a conversation to address the areas of concern that are present in your life.  Together we look at what is important to you. We look at your situation as an opportunity to gain insight into the innate wisdom that is inherent to your true nature.

During your session, you will learn to observe habit patterns that distract and take your energy away and focus your attention on your inspirations and commitments. You will gain a set of practices that will help you gain clarity around your choices by staying in the present moment, promoting courage, self-acceptance, and patience in facing your adversities.
