Session Information
Your session is developed by assessing your body’s personal needs. Together we develop a program that fits your lifestyle. Specific yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques are chosen based on the goals you have selected to address. A private session can help you work through current limitations or help you mature by challenging you to the next level of your practice. Private sessions are one hour in length and require a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.
